Air Bags: Side/Window: Curtain Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Pacifica and 2020-2021, 2023 Voyager vehicles. An improperly secured connector for the side curtain air bags may prevent the air bags from deploying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 214, "Side Impact Protection" and 226, "Ejection Mitigation."
Risk: An air bag that does not deploy during a crash increases the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will secure the connector, free of charge. All vehicles have been remedied. Owner notification letters were mailed October 22, 2024. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is A8B.
Seats: Mid/Rear Assembly Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Pacifica and 2021 Voyager vehicles. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 225, "Child Restraint Anchorage Systems."
Risk: An unsecured seat increases the risk of injury in a crash.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the second-row seat cushion frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 7, 2022. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US LLC's number for this recall is Z22.

I was driving to work on 10/5/2026. Because I am in a wheelchair, my vehicle is adapted with the Scottâs Driving System. Traffic started to slow down and I pulled back on the adapted steering wheel, which is the braking mechanism, but the steering wheel would not move. It felt locked. I had to drive off to the side of the road to avoid hitting the car in front of me. Unfortunately, I hit a mailbox, trash can and ultimately a tree before my car came to a stop. Not only did the brakes fail, but the safety restraints also did not work properly and I landed on the floor. I fractured my footâŠ

Driving on I4 to Orlando noticed steering wheel sticking at 11 & 1 o'clock and steering wheel not returning to the straight position. No engine or any other lights illuminated. At dealership for two weeks waiting for back ordered steering rack.
I was driving in the highway and my steering became so stiff that I could barely turn the wheel. It wasnât just stiff, It was almost impossible to make a turn unless I use all my strength and turn the wheel with both of my hands. . It made me pull over the car and get it towed to the dealership. This was very dangerous because I couldnât react to oncoming traffic or make regular turns on the street safely. There is no way people should be driving these cars if the power steering can go down with no warning. I couldâve hit somebody and caused a major accident on the highway. This needs to beâŠ
I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Voyager in August 2024 from Apple Autos in Shakopee MN. When we purchased the car, there has always been a rough idle and were assured that this was due to the automatic start/engine. Around July 2025, I began experiencing engine issues that have persisted for over two months. Initial issues were a significant rough idle and car dying. We brought the car in and repaired both batteries and replaced all the spark plugs. The issues have persisted. Symptoms include overheating, coolant loss, and misfires on cylinder 3. Diagnostics suggest a head gasket failure. ThisâŠ
After going through rapid acceleration, van will experience electrical issue which does not allow for acceleration and triggers auto stop to fail. The electrical issue prevents the van from accelerating while in motion on a highway. This issue has persisted every year, despite replacing both the main and auxiliary batteries. My back up camera has stopped working for months. There is open recalls for the same exact vehicles but not for my specific VIN. I am trying to get this fixed as soon as possible.
I was driving on a freeway. My car had no warning lights. Suddenly the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and the car lost all power. The engine was running, but the gas pedal was unresponsive. The transmission went to neutral. I was forced to coast to the side of the road. Luckily there was somewhere to go. Someone was trying to merge as I was slowing down. It was quite scary. Once the car stopped, it put it self into park and I was stuck. After about twenty minutes, the warning lights turned off and the car drove normally. This happened 3 more time. I finally parked the car. I took it to aâŠ

Our second row seat on the passenger side has a head rest that will not fold upright and lock into place. The seat itself is useless due to the headrest not folding up correctly and is a safety hazard for anyone to sit in it. I bought this vehicle for the purpose of having all available seats to be used for our family and now we have one seat that cannot be used. No matter how many times we tried to push it up or folding the seat all the way down and then back up it still does not lock into place on the headrest. We have did research and many people have had the same issue and have not beenâŠ

Counts are a starting point, not a verdict: popular models collect more complaints because more of them are on the road, and NHTSA does not verify individual reports. To see whether a recall is still open on your car, enter your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls (U.S.) or your registration at check-vehicle-recalls.service.gov.uk (UK). Had a safety problem?
