The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH and attempting to change lanes, the contact felt a small bump. 2014 ford f250 super duty 6.7 diesel. Coming down mountain in Arizona (bumblebee pass) hit small bump. Truck began violently shaking in the “death wobble mode”. Later I was just driving on the freeway and hit a small bump at 70 mph (75 mph zone), again violent shaking that did not stop until I was driving 50 mph. Since I’m leaving on cross country trip soon, I opted to take vehicle to mechanic. It is there now. This is because there is no recall on 2014 ford for this issue and I don’t have weeks available to fight with ford. have learned today that this is very common across the county and has…
vehicle shakes uncontrollable on the front passenger side when driving over 50 mph. took to the repair shop and was diagnosed with the death wobble. told it's unsafe to drive until repaired and repair will be over 1,600.00
Vehicle wobbles violently on highway when it hits a bump. Had several near collisions. There were no warnings, happened suddenly.

The fire department was on the scene. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that cylinder one was down and the engine and transmission needed to be replaced. The mechanic informed…
Death wobble at speeds greater than 46 mph. I have to come to a complete stop to make it stop. I almost got rear ended by a semi before I could get off the interstate on the shoulder. My vehicle is a 2014 but I have experienced this several times since I bought it new. Took it to my local ford dealer to see if they can do anything to fix it. It’s really dangerous when it happens on a busy interstate. The front end sounds like it’s coming apart and steering is impossible when it happens.
Gas tank/fuel line leaking. Mechanic said I have to buy entire tank.
While driving at highways speed, transmission suddenly shifted gears and slowed abruptly. It nearly caused an accident. It happened another time and was taken to dealership for service. I have since learned that other Ford vehicle have had recalls for the same issue but not my model. The existing Ford recall should be expanded to include my model.
On August 21,2021 we were about 2 hrs from home meeting some family to visit for awhile my husbandand I are both in our 60's. Just as we were entering Lufin Tx our truck dropped from 60 mph to 30 with no warning. I pulled to shoulder of the road and truck completely died. If we had been on an interstate there's a possibility the truck would have died in the middle of the interstate hwy with no way of getting out of traffic. Our truck was towed to Lufkin Ford since we couldn't afford the $ 394.00 to have it towed closer to our home. We were told by Lufkin Ford our P4 high pressure pump had went…
