Have been waiting for several months for Ford to remedy BOTH recalls. There obviously is no important reason for them to be productive and do the right thing so this issue will likely never be resolved unless I take action and file a complaint. The two issues are not even that critical so I further don't see why action has not been taken. 1. Interior A pillars separating. 2. Back up camera screen on infotainment center.

I noticed a car coming towards me on southwest traffic-way at a high rate of speed. I hit the breaks thinking that this person is not going to stop. The vehicle proceeded to run the red light and hit the front passenger side of my vehicle at a high rate of speed and sent my 2018 Ford Flex spinning through the intersection. Not a single airbag went off in my vehicle, that is terrifying to me being a father of 3 young children I am blessed…

Counts are a starting point, not a verdict: popular models collect more complaints because more of them are on the road, and NHTSA does not verify individual reports. To see whether a recall is still open on your car, enter your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls (U.S.) or your registration at check-vehicle-recalls.service.gov.uk (UK). Had a safety problem? Report it to NHTSA; complaints are what trigger investigations and recalls.
