UK DVSA25C56 Transit - Potential Incorrect CO2 Emissions Recorded On The Certificate Of Conformity
Risk: On affected vehicles the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) may contain inaccurate CO2 data. As a result the CoCs state a lower CO2 value than intended.
Fix: Dealers will exchange CoC papers and help owners update their vehicle’s registration documentation. Ford will reimburse any underpaid purchase tax due as a result of the vehicle’s re-registration.
UK DVSA26C15 Transit - Instrument Panel Cluster Configuration Update
Risk: According to Ford’s records certain Transit vehicles may not have the remedy for Compliance Recall 21C32 installed correctly but were recorded as having received the repair successfully. Because the correct configuration update may not have been installed on these vehicles the underlying condition may still exist therefore these vehicles may still have the incorrect configuration loaded onto the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). On affected vehicles an incorrect Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) configuration may have disabled the Advanced Emergency Braking System warning messages. Although the system remains functional the instrument cluster may not display the required warning message and no chime may sound which could result in the vehicle not complying with applicable regulations. Dealers will update the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) configuration to the latest available level.
Fix: Dealers will update the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) configuration to the latest available level.

UK DVSACrossCar: Sync3 Rear-View Camera Software Update
Risk: On affected vehicles a software problem may result in issues with the rear-view camera that reduce the driver’s view or with it remaining on after a reversing event.
Fix: Update the vehicle software to the latest level.
UK DVSA24S30 Transit - Incorrect trailer tow installed
Risk: A small number of Transit vehicles have been manufactured with an incorrect tow bar that does not meet the correct load specifications. It is important for the affected vehicles to be returned to a Ford Authorised Dealer. If the tow load is in excess of 2600kg this could potentially result in the trailer becoming detached or the tow bar assembly being damaged. A detached trailer or a damaged tow bar could increase the risk of an accident.
Fix: Install the correct tow bar free of charge parts and labour.

My transit 2022 van has intermittent issues with the climate controls not working. Sometimes it will completely stop working for a day or more, and other times a few hours. This becomes a big issue in the winter when you need to keep the windshield clear of frost on the outside and inside. When looking online I found that I am not the only one having this issue.
Safety Component Affected: BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA Description of the Safety Defect: The rearview camera system on my 2022 Ford Transit fails completely, displaying either a distorted image, a completely blank blue screen, or a black screen when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. This total loss of rear visibility creates a severe blind-spot hazard and an immediate risk of a back-over crash, especially given the large commercial dimensions of this van. History of Failed Manufacturer Remedies: This vehicle has been brought to an authorized Ford dealership seven (7)…
I’ve been dealing with some intermittent problems with my 2022 transit for a couple years now. Basically I’ll be driving on the highway and all the sudden I’ll lose gas control, and power braking and the dash displays a message that says “shift to neutral to restart vehicle”, battery icon flashes red and I have to coast to the side of the highway. The electronics in the car will still be working when I pull over but the battery is dead. If I shift to park my engine doesn’t turn over or make any clicks at all. The few times it’s happened it eventually will turn back on after 10 min or so after…
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Transit. The contact stated that while reversing, the back over prevention camera became inoperable. The contact stated that the image was distorted. The message Pre-Collison assist not available was displayed and then disappeared. The contact stated that the camera was repaired under recall. The contact stated that the camera was turning gray and blue. The manufacturer was contacted and helped with the repair. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The modules were reset by an independent mechanic. The contact…
Since I purchased this vehicle, it has experienced severe safety-related failures in the electrical system, battery, vacuum pump, powertrain, and other components. All warning lights would activate on the dashboard, messages appeared such as “Service Immediately” and “Power Reduced,” the vehicle became limited to about 10 mph, and on several occasions it shut off completely while in use. Six days before taking it to Midway Ford, Metro Ford replaced the battery, but within days the vehicle became inoperable again. Midway Ford kept the vehicle for weeks and eventually claimed the battery was…
My 2022 Ford E-Transit has experienced repeated electrical, propulsion, and powertrain failures that cause the vehicle to become completely inoperable. On September 8, the van displayed multiple critical alerts including powertrain malfunction, brake system failure, vacuum pump failure, and full electrical system fault, and it would not start. The next day, the same failure occurred again and the van had to be towed. The dealer replaced the 12V battery without proper diagnosis and returned the vehicle with all warning lights still on. A technician privately stated that the issue was more…
From the moment I purchased the vehicle, HGreg Nissan withheld essential information and misled me about its condition and warranty status. They told me the vehicle had a “bumper-to-bumper” warranty valid until October 2025 because it was a 2022 model, but they never informed me about the actual manufacturer warranties (5-year and 8-year EV warranties), which remain active and override any extended warranty they sold me. To justify selling me a six-year extended warranty through NESNA, HGreg Nissan hid the fact that the manufacturer warranties were still in effect. They also added three…
My 2022 Ford E-Transit 350 has had repeated safety and performance failures. The vehicle has an open recall on the rearview camera, which caused a police incident when I hit another car because the camera was not working properly. On several occasions, the vehicle has also completely shut down and would not start at all, leaving me stranded. The van often loses acceleration, gets stuck at 20 mph, and becomes unsafe to drive. The brakes, electrical system, and propulsion system have all malfunctioned. Despite multiple visits to Ford dealers, the problems remain. I have had to rent vehicles at…
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Transit. The contact stated that upon shifting to reverse(R), the contact noticed that the rearview camera image was frozen. The contact became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V315000(Back Over Prevention); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. An unknown dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000. VIN…
2021 Ford Bronco and 2022—2023 Ford Transit Van — 360-Degree and Rearview Camera Recall (23S48). I have taken my Van in 4 times to fix this issue, and it is still not fixed but it is marked as fixed on your website. Randomly the back up cameras on all sides will stop working and go blue or green with no image.
My 360 side cameras are turning blue while reversing. I asked Ford Corp to fix it under the recall, but Ford refused to rectify. I ended up paying $701 out of my own pocket. I told them this is part of the recall but still denied the repair. I had to go to Check Cashing place to borrow $701 NOTE: I almost hit a mother and a child while backing up because my screen turn blue all of a sudden.

To see whether a recall is still open on your car, enter your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls (U.S.) or your registration at check-vehicle-recalls.service.gov.uk (UK). Had a safety problem?
