THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD NEED TO WAIT TO DETERMINE WHEN THE MANUFACTURER WOULD PROVIDE THE REPAIR PART BECAUSE IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. FROM BRAND NEW, I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE HEADLAMPS OF THIS $65000 TRUCK. I HAD THE DEALERSHIP CHECK THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WERE FUNCTIONING AS EXPECTED. YOU CANNOT SEE AT NIGHT. THE LIGHT THAT THEY EMIT IS VERY DIM AND DOES NOT LIGHT UP THE ROAD IN FRONT OF YOU. EVEN ON BRIGHT I CAN'T SEE WELL. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A REAL SAFETY ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. I LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL NEAR MISSES WITH ANIMALS SINCE I CAN'T SEE THEM UNTIL THE LAST SECOND.

THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ON THREE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS WERE FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
