The vehicle experiences severe drivetrain binding, mechanical clunking, and erratic 4WD electronic timing failure while operating at normal driving speeds. During acceleration (27–28 mph, transitioning from D4 to D5 gear), the automatic 4WD transfer case / front axle disengages abruptly under load, causing an audible mechanical clunk and drive-line shock. During deceleration (31 mph down to 15 mph, downshifting from D6 to D4 gear), the 4WD system forces a re-engagement of the front axle, creating a heavy binding shock and severe mechanical clunk. This uncommanded electronic engagement and…
1).While driving the message shows up: Vehicle is not in park. Then the motor shuts off (at any speed). This happened several times (I was on my way to take my wife to chemo infusions)! This is very dangerous when driving and caused almost an accident on the highway!!! 2), When turning the motor on, the seat moves into the pre-set drivers position, then moves back again and then the motor shots off. The car can't be driven then for a few minutes.

Car cut off while driving, again. Full dashboard started to flash, warnings, stated that there was no battery, no gas. I was stopped in traffic and managed to pull over and had restart the car. This is the second time that it has cut off while driving . The first time my toddler son was in the car in morning traffic and it cut off. This is an extreme safety hazard for myself, my family and others driving. The entire system failed. It was supposedly fixed before but the problem is still there.
On XXX at approximately 1:32 p.m., I was stopped in a Starbucks drive-through in my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. The vehicle was completely stopped and my foot was on the brake pedal. Without any intentional acceleration input from me, the vehicle suddenly lurched forward. The movement was significant enough that I initially believed the vehicle behind me had struck my Jeep. I then confirmed that the vehicle behind me had not made contact with my vehicle. Fortunately, I had left sufficient distance between my Jeep and the vehicle in front of me, and no collision occurred. This is the second…

The vehicle is now at the dealer (Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, at [XXX] in [XXX]). No police report #, but CAD entry from officer…

The transmission fails constantly when we are accelerating - approxx 50-58 miles per hour the transmission freezes & the RMP's stay @ 4-5 thousand for 20-30 seconds - it fails to downshift. We have have left the car several times for this issue & they keep telling us they cannot replicate the issue. (We are older & we are given looks like we are nuts)
This vehicle has now experienced three separate incidents of sudden loss of propulsion while traveling at highway speeds, requiring it to be towed to the dealership on all three occasions. Each incident involved the same dangerous defect, and after each repair I was assured, the vehicle had been repaired and was safe to operate. This is not simply a customer satisfaction issue; it is an ongoing safety issue that places my family and every motorist around us at significant for catastrophic event. On May 12, 2025, I took…
