To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a serious safety concern involving my Jeep Wagoneer. The vehicle has experienced intermittent stalling issues, creating a hazardous driving situation and leaving me stranded. The vehicle unexpectedly stalled, causing a loss of power and leaving me without reliable transportation. Given the potential safety risks associated with a vehicle stalling while in operation, I am extremely concerned about the possibility of this occurring again, particularly in traffic or at highway speeds. Adding to my frustration, after contacting the dealership for…

Also the icon with a red A and a circle around it came on, the lights and icons starting signaling. The steering wheel instantly became difficult to turn and control. I own a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer with the 5.7L HEMI eTorque system. The vehicle has lost all power while being driven on two separate occasions. The first occurred on October 22, 2025, on a major interstate. The second occurred on January 30, 2026, on a state highway. In both cases the engine shut off without warning while the vehicle was in motion, with my wife and four children aboard. Power steering and braking assist were lost. The vehicle locked into Park, and I could not get power to shift into neutral or restart it. The January 30 incident required towing. The vehicle was inspected by a…
The right second row passenger seat in a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer appeared to be pushed fully rearward into its normal seating position and produced an audible/tactile click. During braking, the entire right second row seat moved rapidly forward and pinned a child and the child restraint against the front passenger seat. Due to braking system electronic failure vehicle automatically disables safety features such as ABS, parking collision sensors disabled, traction control, and vehicle will automatically and abruptly go into P (park) when coming to a stop while braking. This is a big safety hazard where vehicle damage or injury/death can occur to occupants of the vehicle. Safety features should never become disabled in a vehicle while in operation.
While driving my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer at 40-45 mph on a live public road with my four small children in the vehicle, the vehicle suffered a sudden, catastrophic electronic and powertrain shutdown without warning. The electronic shifter and braking system effectively locked the vehicle in place, leaving me and my four young children…
UNKNOWN I have had this jeep to 3 different dealerships multiple times over the 2 years I have owned it. I am getting my 3rd set of tires put on today. I have put approx 30k on it. It is eating tires. Down to the belt. The vehicle starts to vibrate at 70mph. I just had it aligned in March 2026, they said tires were fine. Vehicle started to vibrate at high speeds again and I took it in. It is so far out of alignment that the belts are showing on the front right tire. I smell burning rubber almost after every drive. This cannot be safe. What is causing is to go out of alignment constantly? I…
While my wife was operating our 2022 Jeep Wagoneer Series III (5.7L HEMI eTorque, ~44,700 miles) at highway speed, the vehicle suffered a sudden and complete electrical power failure. The dealership (Safford Jeep) diagnosed fault code P0B32: catastrophic internal hardware and voltage failure of the 48-volt eTorque Hybrid Battery Pack. The 12-volt battery was also destroyed as a consequence of the 48V pack…
While cruising on the freeway at approximately 70 miles per hour with no vehicles or objects ahead. The vehicle suddenly made a loud warning sound and flashed a message on the dash.
