It Seems like ever so often I go over a bump or entering or exiting bridge at highway speed my truck would throw the wrench at me and check engine light and hill assist disabled and I don't believe I even have hill assist. I was driving and going around 45mph when the wrench warning light came on and I lost the ability to accelerate. The car could only coast. I was able to coast to a parking lot. I turned off the car and restarted it. It seemed fine so I drove home. The same thing happened again a couple of days later. We checked the codes and it had a p2112 error code. We replaced the throttle body and it seems fine now. However this is the second time we have had to replace the throttle body. The same thing happened in 2018 with about 74000 miles on the car. Code p2112, throttle body stuck closed. Lost power, no acceleration, no power steering. Has happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Check engine light comes on, no air bags, traction control or hill assist, messages pop up on dash. Too expensive too have Ford "diagnose" issue. No warning before this happens. There was no accident (yet) but it is my only vehicle so I have no choice about driving it.

Throttle body and motor was replaced twice due to engine keep stalling issues on the roads intermittently. Had faced life threatening occasions multiple times because the car engine stalled while car was driving on the roads. I brought the car to the local Ford service center several times and got the DTC P2112 code each visit. Ford service center approved the throttle body replacement on 2/10/2020 (car mileage 26688) but the same issue came back a few months later.
