The 12V battery drains to the point the car will not boot or go in gear. It spits about 8 error messages at you but none that say low 12V battery. This has now happened 3 times in the last year. This has left me stranded in the cold hundreds of miles from home one of those times. They are now saying that a high voltage junction box and a battery energy control module is required. After waiting 4 months for parts we will see soon I am hoping. Noted in additional details the first time it happened is referenced. I own a 2020 Ram 1500 with approximately 61,000 miles. I started noticing a clicking/grinding around the motor area at around 59,000 miles. I brought the truck to a local mechanic, who diagnosed it as a possible alternator issue. He suggested bringing it to RAM service because it may be covered under warranty. I followed up by bringing it to RAM to diagnose the issue. After multiple visits, they could not pinpoint the issue, however recommended replacing the belts and adjusters. Over the course of the next month, the clicking/grinding got louder. I made another appointment with RAM, and while I was on my way over there the truck had catastrophic failure and seized all operations. Thankfully…

After installing the latest OTA update (U37.23-PROD), my Wrangler 4xe displayed “Service Hybrid System” and lost power while driving on the highway. The vehicle entered reduced-power mode, forcing me to continue using only the gas engine with limited acceleration. This is a safety issue. The problem started immediately after the OTA update. Diagnostic codes: U0594, P0A45, P1E1D. Please escalate this to Stellantis Technical Operations and confirm if a software reprogram (TSB 08-029-23) is available for my VIN. This situation created a serious safety concern while traveling 300 miles from home on a weekend with no Jeep dealers open.
